At The Boulder Planet Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused climbing equipment and apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all climbing hardware and soft goods are protected, and include your printed Return Authorization slip inside.
Ship to The Planet
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for safety standards and usage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
