How do I know which climbing shoe size to order?
Sizing varies significantly between brands like La Sportiva and Scarpa. We recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page. For performance fits, many climbers downsize 1-2 sizes from their street shoes, while beginners should stick closer to their actual size.
What is your return policy on climbing safety equipment?
For safety reasons, load-bearing equipment such as harnesses, carabiners, and ropes cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse. Other items like apparel and unused shoes can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging.
How long does shipping take for chalk and accessories?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your chalk or brushes before your next send session.
Do you offer resoling services for climbing shoes?
The Boulder Planet Shop does not currently offer in-house resoling, but we partner with several professional cobblers. Contact our support team for a list of recommended resolers in your area to extend the life of your favorite shoes.
Can I use my rewards points for in-store purchases?
Yes! If you are a member of The Boulder Planet climbing gym, your online shop account can be linked to your gym membership, allowing you to earn and redeem points both online and at our physical pro-shop.
Are your chalk bags and buckets sustainably made?
We prioritize eco-friendly brands. Many of our chalk bags are made from recycled polyester or upcycled materials. Look for the 'Eco-Friendly' tag on product descriptions for more details.
